It wasn’t love at first sight for Derrian, better known as Dez, and Pete who have worked together for three and a half years and have a combined total of nearly 18 years at Chess between them! However, technology evolved, Chess grew and a larger support team with more diverse responsibilities meant romance blossomed over a shared interest in fast and efficient resolution of faults… amongst other things!
A crowd of Chess people watched the couple marry at Cheshire’s posh Shrigley Hall on 25th November and the party went on into the night as guests danced to wedding classics such as ‘You Can Ring My Bell’ and ‘I just called to say I Love You’.
The pair are now jetting off to America to for their honeymoon and looking forward to a well earned romantic break.
