Stroud based Welcome Telecom has achieved the internationally recognised ISO9001 standard, demonstrating its commitment to excellence in its business.
The independent assessment was conducted by Global Certification (UK) which found that Welcome “clearly demonstrate their commitment to continual improvement and control of their processes”.
ISO 9001, first introduced in 1987, requires organisations to demonstrate that they do what they say they do and have a quality management system in place to ensure consistency and improvement leading to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
Welcome Telecom have successfully grown their customer base and partner network on the back of a wide product range and high quality customer service. Some of their major customers include YMCA Training and international training company Kaplan Financial .
