Formerly a direct subsidiary of Westcon’s parent company Datatec Limited Intact is exclusively partner-focused and offers targeted lifecycle services and project management support primarily to the Cisco channel. Intact helps clients accelerate revenue via geographic expansion on a country-by-country basis through the company’s INspan global support network -- or by entry into new technology markets in a low risk manner.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed and the transaction is expected to close in May 2014.
