Westcon Convergence has run an incentive which saw the top Resellers joining them for a luxury trip to Paris. The top 10 Resellers went to Paris to watch England play South Africa, sample wines on a private yacht on the Seine, Parisian cabaret, and some fine dining.
The trip was soon re-dubbed the “Wine Tasting Incentive” after it proved more enjoyable than watching England’s performance. Craig Hughes of Network Europe Group summed it up as ‘great wine, great food, great company…and then the rugby!’
Westcon Marketing Director Runa Macleod said, “The incentive generated record sales and 43% of resellers exceeded their sales targets. Those Resellers who achieved 100% of their target but didn’t make the top 10 spent a super-charged day racing at a Jonathan Palmer Driving Day.”
