The company says these new services will provide the same high level of service and support as their broadband for both home and business customers. Home Talk and Business Talk will provide a one-stop-shop for both broadband and telephone services. Customers now have the benefit of being able to use Zen for talking as well as surfing, by only having to deal with one supplier saving both time and money.
It’s free to transfer an existing telephone line to Zen for most users and in line with its Broadband services, Zen has a minimum one month contract for Home Talk and Business Talk. Unlike most other providers, Zen says it does not have a minimum call set up or call connection fee for any calls to UK landline, mobile or international telephone numbers - Zen believes customers should only be charged for the time they are talking.
The Home Talk package allows customers to make daytime calls to 01, 02 and 03 numbers for as little as 1 pence per minute and by selecting Zen’s Home Talk Plus calls package, customers receive 1000 inclusive minutes per month to UK landlines at anytime of the day and the most commonly dialled international destinations cost as little as 3p per minute.
For business customers, from Small Office/Home Office to larger Enterprises there is Business Talk and Business Talk Plus. Zen’s Business Talk package allows customers to make daytime UK landline calls for as little as 1 pence per minute and by selecting Zen’s Business Talk Plus Inclusive calls package, calls to the most commonly dialled international destinations cost as little as 2 pence per minute. Zen Business Talk and Business Talk Plus also offer the benefits of a minimum one month contract as well as highly competitive call rates. Zen also offers a range of additional calling features in feature packs at a fraction of the monthly price of many other suppliers.
