Saunders brings to Zen a wealth of management experience from the telecommunications industry, having held senior product development, marketing and channel management positions with a number of blue chip equipment vendors. He joins the senior management team at Zen and will bring an increased focus on the development of services for business customers, introduction of new voice centric services and expansion of the companies channel partner activities.
Immediately prior to joining Zen Andrew worked for a WiMAX Fixed Wireless Access provider, other previous experience also includes time with Avaya, Mitel, Samsung and SDX Business Systems, where he was responsible for their award winning INDeX system. Andrew also has extensive experience within the channel sector, including General Manager of the Nortel business unit at Crane, now part of the Westcon Group.
‘Zen’s mission is to provide the best ISP service in the UK and it does this by continuously investing in its products and providing excellent technical support and customer service. Zen are well known as a Broadband provider, but can already offer a range of business services including IP VPN and hosting solutions. As Head of Product Management and Marketing I will be looking to further enhance Zen’s product portfolio including development of Zen’s Broadband products and business services to include more Voice centric products’, said Andrew.
