Zen Wins Which? Recommended Broadband Provider

Zen Internet has received Which? Recommended Broadband Provider status for the eighteenth consecutive time. Zen’s Recommended Broadband Provider status revealed four stars for accuracy and clarity of bills and ease of contacting provider and four stars for reliability, speed, ease of set-up and customer service.

Zen has once again maintained its Recommended Broadband Provider status with the help of excellent feedback from its customers. Which? Members responded to its latest surveys, rating their provider for overall satisfaction and the likelihood that they’d recommend it to a friend, as well as for customer service and value for money.

“On behalf of everyone at Zen, who delivers and supports our broadband products, I would like to say to our customers, thank you for choosing and recommending Zen. It is very rewarding for all of us at Zen to receive Which? Recommended Broadband Provider eighteen times in a row – there is no better endorsement than the loyalty of our customers,” said Richard Tang, Managing Director.

“Zen has invested heavily in its network, services and its people to ensure that it leads from the front and we are delighted that our broadband service continues to be rated as one of the best. Zen has an award winning reputation for customer service, support and reliability and consistently demonstrates a commitment to providing the best ISP service in the UK,” added Richard.

The Which? survey also showed that when it comes to broadband and phone packages without TV, customers are much more satisfied. The survey confirms that combining broadband, phone and TV into one package can be convenient, however this often leaves customers feeling dissatisfied and that opting for a broadband and phone only package can deliver better service and savings in the long run.
