The promotion was announced at Chess’ summer conference last week as the business celebrated various successes over the last six months. Stephen has driven Chess’ technology function, using innovation and a wealth of skill and expertise to develop systems that will help the business continue to grow.
Amongst a host of other projects, Stephen and his team have been responsible for the development of Chess’ Partner Portal – an integrated communications and workflow system that provides partners with a level of visibility into relevant business processes such as order status and customer query resolution.
“I am delighted with my new appointment,” said Stephen. “It is a great time to be in our industry, particularly in a role that is so involved with the development of new and innovative products and services. The fact that Chess has recognised the need for a director in this position is testament to its commitment to using technology to drive future growth.”
