Several firms from the mobile sector are celebrating wins in the Queen’s Award for Enterprise list. Among the 119 Business Awards announced were Link Research, supplier of DVB/MPEG encoders and associated products for transmitting video over a wireless link:
QRG Ltd, which has developed touch sensor technology for mobile phones and MP3 players; Aquapac International, designers of a waterproof protective case for mobile phones and other handheld gear; and CSR, responsible for the Bluecore range of single-chip solutions for Bluetooth apps.
