The top of the range C710 has maps of 24 European countries and a built in TMC receiver; the C510E is based on the same technology and comes with full UK mapping and major roads of Europe (the full maps of 24 countries are on a separate DVD).
Both use the latest Tele Atlas maps. RRP for the C710 shown here is £359.99, the C510E will retail for £239.99.
