Outlook beats the blackberry

A Strategy Analytics benchmark study concludes that users find Windows Mobile Outlook to be the easiest mobile email client to configure for a POP3 email account.
Strategy Analytics was comparing it with BlackBerry BIS, Nokia S60, and UIQ v3.0 email clients on benchmark tests, which also point to the value of incorporating an on-device step-by-step wizard to guide the user.

Pocket Outlook was the only client that 100% of participants could configure within the benchmark time allocation. Pocket Outlook also outperformed its competitors for speed and user satisfaction.

The BlackBerry Internet Service suffered fatal email configuration challenges -- “none of the participants were able to setup an email account on the BlackBerry device without assistance” said the Strategy Analytics analyst – while discoverability was a particular issue for Nokia Series 60.
