Specialist insurance provider fonesure is pleased to announce the introduction of an exciting after sale resource to assist retailers in reducing the number of handset returns.
 
fonesure has launched their bespoke Talk Me Through It portal based handset simulator after realising the effects of high customer seven day and fourteen day returns that many independents are experiencing. Using the newly created online portal retailers will be able to solve many of their customers initial teething problems quickly and easily. Reducing the number of customer care calls and allowing sales staff to concentrate on the business of selling.

Fonesure’s Talk Me Through It was developed in partnership with TMTI, the UK’s leading developer of handset simulators. The service can be tailored to retailers’ needs allowing them to showcase their own top ten selling handsets – with new models being added as and when these are launched.

The online simulator is specially designed to guide customers through basic phone features and set up, such as, sending sms messages, changing wallpaper and ringtones, pairing Bluetooth headsets and using picture and camera features.

There are two options available to retailers, the first simply involves placing a link on their website and fonesure will take care of the rest, enabling a quick and easy set up with minimal training required for staff. However, those wishing to build a customised solution can have their online portal simulator branded with their own corporate colours and logo.

Fonesure’s Talk Me Through It is available on a sliding scale of prices from standard simulators to fully integrated and branded models, which will allow a greater number of retailers to access this technology with a low entry cost.
