8x8 Solutions has announced that Gartner positioned the company in the Leaders’ quadrant in the annual "Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) Worldwide" for the fourth consecutive year.

“Ensuring 8x8’s position as a Gartner Magic Quadrant leader for UCaaS is essential in attracting the best channel partners,” said Charles Aylwin (pictured), Channel Director at 8x8 Solutions. “By constantly developing our technology and ensuring it’s at the forefront of the industry, we can make sure our partners are always providing their customers with the best possible products.”

“Vendors in the Leaders quadrant have been delivering complete UCaaS solutions for multiple years, have clients with more than 2,000 employees supported and have more than 300,000 total employees supported,” according to Gartner. “These vendors have their accounts implementing a comprehensive and integrated UCaaS solution set that addresses the full range of market needs, along with the proven ability to service large accounts. These vendors have defined migration and evolution plans for their products in core UCaaS areas and are using their solution sets to acquire new clients, expand their geographical footprints, and innovate to new functional areas.”

“We are thrilled to be recognised by Gartner for the fourth consecutive year as a UCaaS Leader. This is another major milestone for the company as part of our ambitious growth plans,” said Kevin Scott-Cowell, 8x8 Solutions CEO. “8x8 has had yet another fantastic year including innovative feature updates that address the concerns for CIOs, enhancing our seamless and scalable platforms, guaranteeing SLAs for optimal call quality and completing deployments for large enterprise accounts in just a few weeks.”

Vik Verma, 8x8 Inc. CEO said, "We believe 8x8’s continued success in the mid-market and enterprise, combined with our increased global footprint and product innovations, helped secure our longstanding top placement in the UCaaS Magic Quadrant.”
