In a series of national reseller seminars IP PBX vendor Aastra Telecom announced that it has added the New Media Software (NMS) Adaptive Suite of products and applications to its portfolio for its channel partners together with making new product announcements on their IntelliGate PBX platform including additional expansion possibilities for the A150 and A300 platforms, the new Office 2380ip softphone and SIP networking between systems.
NMS Managing Director Phil McGowan commented, “The Adaptive Suite of products provides real world productivity tools that enhance and extend the capabilities of the PBX platform and in doing so offers the reseller the opportunity to increase margins and further lock in their customers with applications that deliver competitive edge.”
McGowan stated that more than 70 resellers attended the Aastra seminars adding, “We followed up this initial interest by running a weekly webinar for the next four consecutive Fridays which saw a further 160 people ‘attend’. Having the ability to deliver professional web based training such as this really enforces the original face to face messages for resellers.”
New Media Software recently joined Aastra’s A2P2 developers program and the move will see the Adaptive Suite being sold directly by Aastra to their channel partners.
Michael Calvert, General Manager at Aastra UK commented, “We are pleased with added dimension that the Adaptive Suite offers our resellers. With the recent launch of their Version 9 we can offer new integrated features such as SMS campaigns, multi-media contact centre, Web Assist, predictive and progressive dialling, and call recording with extension reporting. Combining these and other features from the Adaptive Suite with our IntelliGate systems delivers a powerful and compelling proposition for resellers and users.”
