Tunbridge Wells based Adept Telecom has announced its 9th Acquisition in 26 months.
Mark Colquhoun, MD of Call Options said, “Call Options has, I believe, striven to provide our customers with a good account management experience. AdEPT’s record of Account Management is, however superior; their dedicated account managers work in teams to ensure that someone who knows the customer’s account is always available. Having seen their operation I know that the levels of service will be higher (they have also won awards in this area to support my observations). Their account management team is also being bolstered, as Bob Matthews who has worked for Call Options for 4 years and who knows many of our customers personally, has accepted a full-time role with AdEPT.”

With the acquisition of Call Options (and the other SME customer acquisitions) we have transforemed ourself into a predominantly SME focussed business.
