Adtran Announces New Unified European Channel Program

Adtran Europe a supplier of networking and communications solutions, has announced that the company is transitioning from multiple regional international channel programs to a single, more simplistic, global ADvantage Partner Program. These changes are designed to aid partners in better meeting the needs of customers, while focusing on the Small and Medium Business market with Adtran’s family of NetVanta networking and IP Telephony solutions.

The new global partner program takes the most successful elements of the US-based channel program and delivers a simplified structure that allows partners to choose their level of commitment to Adtran and select the resulting rewards. The program has three main goals – increase focus on the SMB market segment, increase revenue, and increase profitability for Adtran partners.

”We have consulted with our partners around the world and together we have created a single partner program which reflects the needs of both the channel and Adtran”, said Ed Williams, general manager, Adtran Europe. “The global ADvantage Partner Program offers all channel partners, irrespective of region, a number of advantages. These include the opportunity to earn higher margins from hardware sales, engage Adtran in developing and closing deals, take part in education and training opportunities, and benefit from a simpler program to both understand and administer.”
