Agilitas Expands Cisco Support Services With Cummins

Agilitas has expanded its Cisco support services, with the appointment of Mike Cummins as the company’s leading Cisco Technical Consultant.

Mike joins Agilitas from Cisco Gold Partner Logicalis, where he held the role of Strategic Development Director, responsible for developing and delivering new services and solutions to meet customer demand.

The appointment follows a significant growth in Agilitas’ Cisco Services footprint. Mike will be responsible for defining Agilitas’ Cisco propositions around their extensive Cisco UCS and networking support capabilities.

Agilitas provide an end-to-end service model to support resellers across the entire Cisco portfolio. This includes Cisco backed support through to service enhancements that include uplifted SLA’s, field engineering, level 1,2 and 3 support and professional services. The company’s Inventory Assure service offering is already providing customers with access to thousands of Cisco inventory items that can be delivered within two-hour part-to-site SLAs.

“The benefit for customers” continues Lynn, “is that we are completely vendor agnostic, so we can add both Cisco and other vendor estates to existing and new support contracts quickly and efficiently.”

All supported requests are processed through Agilitas’ 24x7x365 service desk at its Nottingham HQ. Cisco support has been Agilitas’ biggest growth area in the past 12 months delivering over a 400% increase in opportunities on the previous year, with requests covering the UK, mainland Europe and the US.
