The new portal gives business partners full visibility into forthcoming training seminars on products, customer support and sales techniques. In addition, the portal allows partners to manage their own training schedules and make online payments for registration.
Alcatel-Lucent currently offers training seminars addressing a number of topics surrounding convergence and collaboration, in order to help up-skill its business partners so that they can best take advantage of the market opportunity for converged communications. Use of the portal is available to all business partners, and forthcoming seminars include 'The Next Generation Workplace & Selling Business Process Improvement', 'Enterprise Mobility', and 'Customer Interaction Solutions'.

The new portal has been designed by Q6, a specialist technical training company for voice and data communications.
