Mark Armstrong, who has for the last seven years managed the sales team at CTI Group, has joined Israeli call management and billing systems vendor Mind CTI as Managing Director of their Reading based UK operations.

Today I have what you could describe as a blank piece of paper. Not enough people in the UK have heard of Mind CTI but that is set to change rapidly and against a backdrop of having more that 20,000 customers worldwide and over 330 employees of which 200 are software developers.
I now have an exciting opportunity to leverage my industry relationships as well as bring to bear my extensive knowledge of the call management and billing markets. I will be making things happen fast and Mind CTI will shake up the market which has for the last few years degenerated in to a ‘me too’ market with very little positive differentiation for resellers.
