Audio Productions Tops a Great 18 Months With CB Award Nomination

A fantastic 18 months for Audio Productions has culminated in a nomination for one of the most prestigious industry accolades at the Comms Business Awards.

The fast-growing organisation has been officially put forward for Channel Product Of The Year for their professional services to the ICT Channel, finding themselves in the company of the biggest names in communications at the 2018 edition of the major awards ceremony.

Since 2002, Audio Productions have built a terrific reputation for superb tailored services, collaborating with resellers to create bespoke strategies that focus on specific needs. By working closely with partners and taking the time to understand their challenges, Audio Productions offer a personalised service that works perfectly for the client in question.

This awards nomination is a huge step in Audio Productions’ aim to become the “Channel’s Choice” – an organisation that everyone turns to for message-on-hold services. Glowing testimonials have helped put the business in the frame for this prize, and five-star reviews have come from existing and new clients alike.

Paul Ballinger, Sales Director of Incom-CNS, said:

“Thanks to the thorough and engaging training session delivered by Audio Productions, my entire sales team immediately understood the versatility and value of the service for each customer – particularly how it can positively affect the everyday way they handle phone calls.”

Fellow collaborator Paul Gibbs, Sales Director of TelcoSwitch, expressed similar praise for the Audio Productions team.

“With the work that has happened so far, we know we’ve chosen the right partner with Audio Productions and we look forward to launching this next chapter of our platform with their support.”

Audio Productions’ Channel Reseller Manager Stephen Neil acknowledged the nomination as a major landmark for the organisation.

“Being nominated for the Comms Business Awards is a fantastic reflection of the work we’ve been doing in the Channel for the last 10 years and, in particular, the service developments we have concentrated on in the past 12-18 months,” said Stephen.

“It’s very humbling to know that our partners think so highly of us and our services, and it’s an honour to take part in such a prestigious occasion.

“We’ll continue to do what we’re doing as a business – striving to improve the customer journey for everyone and develop the organisation as a whole.”

Committed to innovation and cutting-edge developments, Audio Productions have exciting plans in the pipeline for the rest of the year, too, including integration of AI technology that allows contact centres to generate the perfect bespoke message.
