Avenir Updates Partner Portal

Avenir Telecom has launched a major new update to its Partner Portal, so that it now includes an online Churn Management tool. This enables all their partners to have full visibility of their monthly churn performance and of their customer’s contract tenure and expiry dates. This data will be invaluable in helping partners manage the retention of their customers, pre-empt or minimise churn, and identify customers that are eligible for re-signs well in advance.

Avenir Telecom developed their Partner Portal so that their partners have a single reference point for all the information they need, including billing, revenue share, retention, CSI, insurance, network information and marketing tools.
