BNS have combined their IP technology with the power of Vodafone’s GSM network to offer what they describe as a flexible and resilient communications platform that utilises one number for all devices. Voice calls, faxes and emails can be simultaneously routed to various devices used by the customer whether this is a deskphone, mobile, PDA or notebook with BNS softphone installed.
The launch of mobile office comes at an exciting time for Prudhoe-based BNS Telecom. The firm recently reported significant growth in annual turnover, following a strategic shift by the business to offer more IP telecommunications services as opposed to purely conventional systems.
