BT Names NICE Systems Global Partner

BT has named NICE Systems a key global partner for the supply of voice, VoIP and multimedia recording systems for quality management and regulatory compliance in contact centre, financial trading and public safety markets.

BT will recommend NICE’s range of multimedia interaction recording products to customers looking to optimise the performance of their contact centres, to financial organisations that need to ensure regulatory compliance on the trading floor, and to emergency services and public safety organisations to help track and analyse events that require their intervention.

NICE has been a global partner of BT for a number of years and both companies have established a large customer base throughout the UK. The flagship product within BT’s NICE portfolio is NICE Perform, a suite of solutions for customer interaction capture and analysis that support a full range of analytic technologies.

“With the move towards improved customer service, better quality management and the need to comply with an ever-increasing number of regulations, more and more of our customers are turning to voice and multimedia recording solutions to help drive business performance,” said Andrew Libuser, general manager of product management, IP Networking, BT Global Services.

“NICE’s expertise in the market and the strength of its product offering — particularly in contact centre, public safety and trading floor environments — make it an ideal choice to drive incremental business in this expanding marketplace,” he said.

Tamir Ginat, EMEA President for NICE commented: “BT and NICE have worked together for many years and we are delighted that this has now been reinforced. NICE Perform™ has already been adopted by a number of leading blue-chip enterprises that have recognised the business advantage they can achieve. Now, through BT, many more enterprise and government organisations will be able to benefit from this advanced technology.”
