The session also provided Channel Telecom partners with information on how to design and price a solution; and how to sell hosted VoIP and SIP trunking based on the latest insights from Channel Telecom’s own IP Voice sales team and the BT specialists. Demonstrations explained key features, including applications and admin portals such as call recording, iphone softphone app and windows softphone.

Tim Nelson states, “It is our aim to provide our partners with access to a wide choice of leading voice and data network services. But in addition we offer a raft of support and training services that give partners the edge in any competitive pitch they encounter.
