Claranet Wins Two Awards

Claranet has won ‘Best Business Customer Service’ and ‘Best Business Fixed Broadband’ at this year’s Internet Service Providers’ Association (ISPA) Awards. Claranet, a finalist in both these categories last year, won Best Business Fixed Broadband Provider in the 2009 ISPA awards.

The Claranet team is thrilled to have won these awards validating the commitment and focus Claranet has on maintaining high customer service and satisfaction. To win the “Best Business Customer Service” award Claranet out-paced the competition across a range of criteria, including contract options, value added services, handling of customer issues and providing evidence on how Claranet’s customer service differs from the competition. The judges agreed that Claranet were worthy winners as they showed they had a clear path to resolving issues as they arose through industry standard methodologies and the latest technology.

For the “Best Business Fixed Broadband’ award Claranet out-performed on price and value for money, contract flexibility and lead times between a sale and the service going live. In a competitive field this year, the judges decided that Claranet’s use of both asymmetric and symmetric broadband made them stand out from the competition. Claranet’s focus on business-to-business was also commended by the judges.

Claranet’s managing director, Michel Robert, said: “We are delighted to have two of these highly coveted awards at this year’s ISPA Awards. And as noted by the judges, our focus on providing superior business services is made possible by our business-grade broadband capabilities which we leverage to provide an end-to-end managed service for our business customers. We’re delighted with these awards and look forward to building on this success to continue to provide our customers with high quality managed services matched by superior customer service.”

“ISPA would like to congratulate all the winners and thank all the attendees and sponsors for making the evening possible,” said Nicholas Lansman, ISPA Secretary General. “The Awards are a good measure of industry achievements in the past year and we wish all the companies further success in going forward.”
