Radware has appointed Jono Clarke-Storey as Channel Director for Northern Europe. The announcement will be formally made today at the Radware Partner Conference in London.

Previously Channel Sales Manager at F5 Networks, Clarke-Storey brings over 15 years’ experience in the IT, networking and security industries with proven expertise in developing channel partner models that drive results for vendors and margin for partners and distributors. The appointment will provide the channel and distributors with a dedicated contact with whom to progress their business.

In September, Gartner positioned Radware as a leader in the Application Delivery Controller market, so as well as introducing his plans for the year ahead, Clarke-Storey will use the conference to unveil a new channel incentive for the Alteon NG product range.

Clarke-Storey explains his new role: “Radware is an exciting company to join. It’s known as a leader in innovation with a comprehensive set of security and application solutions. However, in such a competitive market it’s not enough to have great products, you also need ambitious channel partners. I’m looking forward to introducing new initiatives and developing the existing model we have so that every partner has the opportunity to succeed with the principle objective to create the most respected channel programme in the industry.”

Adrian Crawley, regional director for Northern Europe, adds how important the appointment is: “It’s over 18 months since I joined Radware and in that time we have made significant strides in growing our market share, particularly in the UK and Ireland. Now is the right time to accelerate our channel plans, introduce new incentives, and bring more focus to our channel partnerships, by providing a clear and consistent framework that partners can use to execute their own business strategy. I am confident that Jono will help us deliver this strategic plan.”
