Based in London, Rafuse will be responsible for expanding COLT’s Major Enterprise business, building on the company's position as the supplier of choice for data, voice and managed services to large enterprises across Europe.

Brady has worked in the communications industry for more than 20 years. Most recently he worked for Level 3 Communications - a facilities-based provider of integrated communications services headquartered in the United States. He was President and CEO of Level 3 Europe, where he had responsibility for Level 3's operations and people in the European geography, and was also President of Level 3 Content Markets with global responsibility for Level 3's content delivery business. Prior to Level 3, he held senior positions in both Concert and BT.
