The newly appointed Management team, Matt Long as Head of Technical Services, Joey Ghader as Sales Manager, Rachel Mander as Service Desk Manager, Pete Murphy as Sales Manager and Neil Bryers as HR Manager, join the current Management team and will report directly into the Comms-care Board.
Ben Davies, Managing Director of Comms-care, said on the latest appointments, “As Comms-care continues to grow, it is important to have a focussed and solid management structure that forms the foundations for future growth. These additions to the management team ensure that all areas of the business are represented and that the day-to-day operations of the organisation are pulling in the same direction and not in individual silos. The expansion of the Management team comes within 12 months of the move to their new state-of-the-art headquarters, the welcoming of four new Board members and Comms-care’s biggest recruitment drive to date. These developments are in response to supporting an ever increasing customer base across a comprehensive portfolio of new and existing IT services.
Davies then goes on to say “As Comms-care’s success and growth sets to continue into 2013 the Management team will have the full support of the Board of Directors as they look to introduce process improvements across their individual departments. These new appointments will also ensure the Comms-care Board can be 100% focused on the strategic path of the company over the coming years.”
