Comms-care signs major deal with Fortune 500 global solutions provider Ricoh

Comms-care, a strategic support services partner to the IT channel community, today announced a new deal with Ricoh. Under the terms of the agreement Comms-care will provide Ricoh with a full range of services support including maintenance, installation, nationwide multi-site rollouts, professional services, wireless LAN site surveys and network design.

Ricoh selected Comms-care as its preferred service partner on the strength of Comms-care’s reputation and capabilities for enhanced service levels. The partnership will help Ricoh provide more services across different verticals as well as offer vendor support for various infrastructure and software solutions, including those from Cisco, HP, Dell and IBM.

Mark O’Keefe, UK National ITS Sales Director at Ricoh UK says: “Comms-care’s knowledge and expertise will enable us to expand our service proposition and gain access to a wider services portfolio and increase our response times for services. We will also benefit from Comms-care’s consultative approach to business. Comms-care listens to both our business needs and those of our customers, ensuring that we always deliver a highly tailored and cost-effective service.”

Comms-care’s proven track record has made it the leading channel-only IT support services organisation specialising in end to end networks services in the UK and Ireland. As a channel-only IT support provider Comms-care never sells services direct to the end user. This business model enables resellers to benefit from its 'white labelled' services across many technology areas.

Ben Davies, Managing Director at Comms-care said: “Our partnership deal with a tier one company such as Ricoh is testimony to our ongoing success at delivering quality and service. No other provider can match Comms-care’s excellent customer service support or dedicated account and service delivery management. We are confident that we will exceed Ricoh’s expectations and provide the support it needs to achieve its business goals.”
