Comms-care Strikes Gold for the Second Time

Comms-care, the provider of channel network and IT support services, has got the year off to a great start by attaining Microsoft gold partner accreditation. The certification means Comms-care has demonstrated significant expertise in providing customer satisfaction excellence across Microsoft technologies.

Gold certified partners possess the highest level of certification recognised by Microsoft. To achieve the high-ranking status Comms-care had to demonstrate a number of relevant Microsoft competencies in their application for gold partnership. Each competency has a unique set of requirements and benefits formulated to accurately represent the specific skills and services that partners bring to the industry.

The announcement of this recognition comes less than a year after Comms-care achieved Cisco gold accreditation in May last year.

One competency Comms-care was highly credited for was their consistent high level of service to the channel. This was evident from the customer case studies Comms-care submitted to highlight their Microsoft capabilities. Further competencies included increasing the number of Microsoft certified engineers which involved investing in training and recruitment in order to gain the necessary Microsoft capabilities.

Darren Briscoe, Technical Director at Comms-care comments: “We are extremely pleased to have attained gold certified partner status within the Microsoft partner programme. This achievement once again demonstrates to our channel partners the commitment and expertise Comms-care possesses when providing multi-vendor, channel only support.”
