CommSoft RMS Launch CommsOffice Campaign

CommSoft RMS has announced the latest addition to their modular range of solutions: CommsOffice Campaign - sales campaign management and auto dialling

Single or multiple outgoing sales campaigns can now be established using the latest addition to the CommSoft RMS family of CommsOffice applications, called CommsOffice Campaign. CommsOffice Campaign allows the user to create date effective campaigns containing the extensions, numbers to be dialled and the performance times so as to automatically dial a list of selected customer numbers at a pace determined by the administrator.

Called numbers are flagged with outcome results and can be blocked for future contact, if required. Campaign number lists can be re used, imported from previous campaigns, or imported from a variety of sources such as CSV files of any ODBC compliant databases. Calls associated with campaigns are recorded separately to the overall site traffic to allow the administrator to view results. Extensions assigned to sales campaigns can be assigned to a Campaign “ACD group” and all outgoing traffic will be associated with this group. The system will automatically pause or skip extensions that are on break or busy and can be suspended and reactivated at any time.

CommsOffice Campaign is just one of the modules available in the CommsOffice range which includes the three CommsOffice reporting versions which deliver live call statistics, agent performance reports and wallboards along with CommsOffice Voice recorders, CommsOffice CTI screen pop and CommsOffice Console for operator call handling over single or multiple sites. All of the products in the range work from one database and with one interface for ease of use and familiarity. The CommsOffice range is modular so that resellers can deliver a tailored solution for their customers, combining any or all of the elements. Resellers earn margin on sales of the software itself as well as on installation and support contracts.

Graeme Edgar, Director at Resource Telecom says, ‘The CommsOffice modular products range will definitely win us new business and we already see increased business from our existing customer base. We recently presented to an existing customer (who advertises on national TV and is well known) and their comment was “This is the best integrated product range that we have seen” and we expect to see their large multi product order this month’ he adds.

‘CommSoft are offering free demonstrations, free accreditation courses and demonstration software so there has never been a better time to take a look at the CommSoft RMS range’, says Bonnie Church, Sales and Marketing Director at CommSoft RMS.
