Computertel on Track With Ebbsfleet Station

Gravesend based telecommunications company, Computertel, have been chosen as a supplier at the new Ebbsfleet International Station for the control room recording solution.

The deal, which was agreed through resellers Switch Communications Ltd, also includes control room recording solutions at St Pancras and Stratford station.

Computertel specialise in the supply of Digital Voice Recording Systems and Agent Evaluation Software. The company was founded in 1988 and is based in Gravesend.

During ComputerTel’s 19 year existence, the company has continued to develop and grow. Having mainly started as a supplier to the financial markets, where recording of telephone calls is essential, the company has expanded into the Call Centre and Service Industry adding customers like National Express, lastminute.com, RAC Windscreens as well as local companies like Kent Police, John Parker Steel and Holidays Extras, to name but a few, to their client portfolio.

The company currently employs 20 people.
