Crane cite ‘new and exciting’ offerings, including Communications Manager v4, Customer Interaction Express – the new mid-market multi-media call centre suite, IP Dect, Quick Edition and IP Office v4.
Crane’s roadshows, taking place in Guildford (February 27th), Leeds (March 6th) and Coventry (March 7th), will give sales people the opportunity to get the latest information, tools and product demonstrations across both enterprise and SME portfolios.
Crane will be complimenting the Roadshows by offering sales and technical courses for all new products. Ray Woods, one of Crane’s expert Avaya trainers, will be running the newly scheduled IP Office courses taking place either at Crane’s Training Centre or at reseller premises through their new Travelling Trainer Programme.
