Crane picked up the award for “Best Distributor Channel Marketing Programme in EMEA” at Mitel’s VIP Channel Forum held at the Atalaya Park Golf Hotel and Resort in Estepona, Spain.
The award, presented by Sir Terry Mathews, was for Crane’s “New Day, Bright Future” recruitment campaign which has helped Crane more than double the number of channel partners selling Mitel since the beginning of 2006.
The campaign consisted of email shots, direct mail and newsletters, followed up with reseller events at the Mitel City Office where potential resellers could see the Mitel products in action and find out about the Crane value-added support model.
