CTI Group Partners with Abacus

CTI Group, a leading provider of interactive communication management solutions, is partnering with Abacus Billing a leading provider of billing products and managed services for the telecommunications and utilities industry. The alliance sees CTI’s leading bill management solution portfolio available as an extension to Abacus Managed Service and Customer Care & Billing technology.

Abacus Billing is using CTI Group’s Analysis5 tool to extend its own web billing offering to provide more comprehensive online billing analysis and reports for its telco customers. With Analysis5 fully integrated with its own billing system, Abacus can now provide existing and future customers with one of the most functional and comprehensive billing offerings available.

Analysis5 is part of CTI Group’s billing portfolio which offers fast, intuitive analysis, giving telco customers access to information that enables them to manage and understand their telecom call spend and usage more effectively. The tools are typically provided by telcos as a non-price differentiator and have a proven track record in reducing churn and decreasing customer care costs
