Dixon has been with daisy since its formation in 2001, firstly as a consultant and later through appointment to a full member of the board as operations director and then commercial director.
Dixon is a graduate at masters level in both law and business administration and feels that he has the right qualities and experience to be able to represent the industry on the Otelo member board.
He said: “I am extremely pleased to have been chosen to represent the communications industry on this essential body and will do my utmost working alongside colleagues from BT, Vodafone and NTL to promote Otelo on behalf of all its stakeholders and ensure a fair deal for the consumer.”
Dixon is very keen to promote the success of the ombudsman service and believes that it is the only way to keep the industry self-regulated which benefits members and consumers alike by keeping the control of the industry as close to the “front-end” as possible.
