Daisy Wholesale Set Sail with Partners

PORTSMOUTH, UK - 25 Oct 2017: British America's Cup team Landrover BAR's AC45, with Ben Ainslie at the helm, back out sailing with guests onboard near their base in Portsmouth.

Thrilled winners of a Daisy Wholesale partner sales incentive scooped a top prize – setting sail with Olympic legend Sir Ben Ainslie.

Jola Cloud Solutions, KSM Telecom and DV02 joined the Land Rover Ben Ainslie Racing (BAR) team led by Sir Ben Ainslie himself, aboard the foiling ‘AC45’ for a hair-raising excursion off the south coast of England.

Before climbing on board, the partners found themselves in the British team’s training facility where they were put through their paces learning exactly what is involved in controlling the 44-foot catamaran – a lot of strength, sweat and even a few tears!

Garry Growns, Sales Director at Daisy Wholesale comments, “It was an once-in-a-lifetime experience, being able to set foot on such an impressive yacht, with such an impressive team of individuals. Seeing how they work together as a team was truly inspirational and it was fantastic to share that with some of our top-performing partners.”

David Holtby, Technical Director at KSM Telecom, said, “The day was interesting and entertaining from the minute we arrived to the moment we left. It was a huge privilege to ride on the BAR platform with the actual, real, in the flesh, national hero Sir Ben Ainslie at the helm! I cannot imagine a better corporate day out!”

Adrian Sunderland, CTO at Jola, said: “I’ve been to many corporate events over the years and this was by far and away the best event I’ve ever taken part in. A genuine once in a lifetime experience and the whole Land Rover BAR team gave us an amazing day out.”

Greg Tutt, Director at DV02, said: “It was a great day with really nice people and a great memory.”

The incentive, which ran over a five-month period, was purely focused on Daisy Wholesale’s hosted voice solution, awarding the top performers based on their number of HV.Select seats.
