Damovo UK has announced a partnership with GemaTech, the supplier of telecoms-orientated business continuity and resilience services. The referral agreement will allow for GemaTech’s sales and technical personnel to work with Damovo’s pre-sales and technical support teams to help address customers’ specific business continuity needs. Upon a solution being agreed by a Damovo customer, GemaTech will then deliver the solution directly to the customer as a fully-managed service.
GemaTech offers a series of proactive and reactive DDI recovery solutions that will provision telecoms resilience and flexibility in the event of major disruption to an enterprise’s communications infrastructure. GemaTech’s solutions, which are located in the operator network, allow incoming PSTN calls to be re-directed quickly and efficiently to any number of destinations including mobile phones.
