Entanet Arms Channel Resellers with Leadership Qualities

Voice and data communications provider Entanet will use the Convergence Summit North event in April to detail its key differentiators that enable resellers to effectively deliver converged voice and data services.

With over 10 years channel experience Entanet is already well known for its comprehensive broadband portfolio and well respected for its superior technical support and easy online ordering facilities. The company is also acknowledged as a key contributor to the development of BT’s 21st Century Network.

Entanet will utilise Convergence Summit North to detail its own 21st Century network plans including its 21C product options. Entanet will detail its metro Ethernet services as well as EWCS Broadband (Entanet Wholesale Carrier Services - Broadband), a cost effective alternative to BT’s WBMC product.

In terms of traditional voice business Entanet will also unveil details of its new WLR3 (Wholesale Line Rental 3) services as well as demonstrate the latest version of its hosted, multi user IP telephony service, VoIP Enrich version 2.0. This improved service can be completely white labelled and now includes additional features such as call recording and online IP configuration, with a comprehensive end user control panel and improved portal navigation and help guides.

Entanet’s Marketing Manager, Darren Farnden said “It’s ironic that in a market in which players need to deliver converged services many resellers find they must source voice and data services from disparate suppliers. This complicates their business and compromises their ability to deliver high quality customer service and technical support. We’ll be showing resellers how by partnering with us they can provide and support a complete service from a single supplier and in the process take full control of their customer relationships.”
