Entanet at the Convergence Summit 2006

At Convergence Summit, leading business ISP Entanet will demonstrate the unique advantage it provides to channel partners.

The company, which operates a national MPLS network, will show resellers how they can ‘cherry pick’ from voice & data services including wholesale line rental, broadband connectivity, business & residential IP telephony and traditional telecoms, to generate lucrative convergence business that meets their SoHo, SME and corporate customers’ needs. “Providing both broadband and telecoms services means Entanet gives partners a unique opportunity to build profitable and sustainable business” says Marketing Manager, Darren Farnden. “We’ve found that customers are at very different stages in their approach to convergence, with not all wanting a fixed broadband and VoIP package. Some are eager to strengthen their broadband investment with business-class IP telephony, whilst others prefer to stay with traditional infrastructures.”

Resellers will also learn about the unique advantage of partnering the ISP. “For resellers, convergence is about being able to maintain complete control of the customer relationship” says Farnden. “By marketing line rental, broadband and either IP or traditional voice services they can protect those relationships from competitors at the points of line ordering, billing and support.”

On its stand, Entanet will demonstrate its latest IP telephony service for both business and residential users and describe how these services are already in use among end-user customers. Resellers will also be able to see its online interface for ordering connections and managing accounts, including XML order processing and comprehensive reporting.
