Entanet Invests in Customer Satisfaction

Entanet has appointed an experienced technical support professional to head its growing team and ensure that the highest standards of customer service are maintained.

Neil Watson, who has over eight years of experience in senior support roles – seven of them spent within the Internet services industry – has joined the company as Technical Support Manager. He has joined Entanet from iSoft, a provider of computer services to the NHS, where he spent the last 18 months as head of the company’s managed services. Previously he spent two years in a senior support role at Manchester-based ISP, Business Serve, and previous to this spent five years at The Web Factory in Stoke-on-Trent in a number of technical roles.

By providing additional focus on all aspects of the company’s technical support, Watson plans to drive Entanet’s service quality to even higher levels. “Entanet is a fast-growing and dynamic organisation. The company has always had a good reputation for customer service and that is something that it is determined to maintain as it grows. Entanet’s management team are fully committed to delivering on customer needs and that is very important – Internet Service Providers are only ever as good as their customers say they are and we’re determined to make sure that Entanet always delivers the very best service and support to its customers at all times.”

Welcoming him to the company Entanet Managing Director John Tsai, comments: “We are delighted to have Neil on board. He is an experienced and accomplished professional who always puts the customer first – and that’s exactly what we have always done at Entanet and will continue to do as our business grows.”
