Entanet is encouraging its partners to engage with one another

Entanet is encouraging its partners to engage with one another, share knowledge and experiences and discuss topical industry matters through a new forum area within its interactive partner interface, synergi.

The Partner Forum provides resellers with a secure environment where they can share their thoughts and discuss a wide range of issues. During the month-long beta testing phase, more than 60 posts have been made covering almost 20 different threads and feedback has been great. Matters discussed have covered everything from Entanet’s products and services to wider industry issues. The forum has now been launched to Entanet’s entire channel community and the company hopes it will provide a focal-point for a rich exchange of ideas and experiences.

“We wanted to bring partners even closer together and the new forum is a convenient way of doing that” said Darren Farnden, Entanet’s Head of Marketing. “We want to encourage our partners to think about their business and the needs of customers, about what they really need and where they believe the future lies. We want them to be active and to challenge both us and themselves. The Forum is just another convenient way of opening up and encouraging more dialogue and engagement between partners and between us and our partners.”

Entanet communicates with all partners on a frequent basis, though email newsletters and updates and runs annual partner meetings which are used to help set the company’s strategic direction for the year ahead. Partners can access the forum through synergi, Entanet’s online portal, through which resellers can place and manage orders, download marketing resources and information and interact with Entanet teams and other partners.”

Entanet also takes feedback from partners through its Idea Network tool, which allows resellers to suggest their own ideas as well as vote and comment on other proposals put forward by their peers. The Idea Network enables Entanet to continually enhance its services and systems and this delivers improved service and support for partners. Since March 2011 over 46 percent of the ideas submitted to the network have either been implemented, are in progress or have been accepted for development.
