MSPs
Telecommunications Specialist, Eurolink Connect is working towards the ISO27001 Certificate and has become one of the first companies in the UK to adopt the new 2013 version. Awarded for excellence in information and data security, the ISO27001:2013 Certificate was introduced to replace ISO27001:2005, putting more emphasis on measuring and evaluating the success of information security implementation, as well as assessing a company’s outsourcing protocol, ensuring that they are up to scratch.

Claire Maddox, Director, Eurolink said “With businesses moving more and more to cloud based solutions access to data and the security of it is incredibly important. To date we have always ensured that we work with a supply chain that has this ISO27001 certification, but we are now taking it one stage further by achieving the new 2013 standard ourselves. We are very proud to be an early adopter of the ISO27001:2013 and I hope it gives our customers extra assurance of our standards and commitment to data security.”

Eurolink is working with ISO Consultancy IMSM. Andrew Brewerton, IMSM International Sales & Marketing Manager said “Eurolink has recently chosen to gain ISO27001:2013 certification, with the help of IMSM’s consultancy. Eurolink has always ensured they select and work with suppliers who have the necessary accreditation; however they have now undertaken to achieve ISO 27001:2013 themselves as a further commitment to their clients. Many companies choose to gain ISO certification to help streamline their operations and increase staff productivity so that ultimately, they can serve their clients with greater efficiency.”
