The telephony solution – for Harrogate-based Broker Network Ltd – aims to standardise communications across the firm’s 21 UK offices, seamlessly linking them with the very latest Voice over IP (Internet Protocol) technology. This in turn, will facilitate the delivery of both voice and data traffic over a single network and enable the company’s disparate sites to operate as if under one roof.
In addition, Gateshead-based Executel is providing Broker Network with a tailored Low Cost Routing (LCR) and wholesale line rental package, thus saving the firm significantly on standard BT business rates.
