Fone Logistics heads O2 ditributor league

Airtime and handset distributor Fone Logistics has scooped the coveted title of O2’s ‘Distributor of the Quarter’ for a third consecutive quarter.

As winners, Fone Logistics has recorded its largest number of connections and business mix in the past quarter, continuing to grow its O2 sales.

Fone Logistics’ managing director Ian Gillespie said: “We continually strive to be recognised by O2 as its number one distributor and we aim to be the leading multi-network distributor amongst our dealer partners and networks.

“Our main business aim in 2010 is to stand out from the crowd in terms of offering our reseller partners and networks quality and sustainability and we are very confident in our own business growth and success.

“Thanks must go to our new sales director Duncan Edward. As he comes to the end of his first quarter with us, it is fantastic that he has maintained the momentum with O2 and our other network partners.”

Fone Logistics sales director Duncan Edward said: “Winning the O2 Distributor of the Quarter for the third consecutive time reinforces the fact that dealers should see us as their first port of call when looking to connect on O2. Paying a competitive revenue share percentage and some attractive bonuses for sustained performance, we also have an unrivalled price book, a vast product portfolio, and go above and beyond when it comes to assisting our dealer partners.

“We cover a proposition overview with special offers and commercials, sales tips and guides, operational and process guides and marketing tools.”

Gillespie said: “It’s celebrations all around, our O2 figures were announced this week, the same week we were finalising our plans for an assault on a fourth consecutive win. This clearly demonstrates the strength and vigour of our O2 business and our undoubted commitment to support it.”

Fone Logistics has also launched an exclusive O2 mobile broadband promotion where it is offering partners the opportunity to earn additional margin by offering its O2 MBB dongles for free when connected to any O2 mobile broadband price plan. Tariffs will also be free for the first three months to customers taking mobile broadband for the first time before the 30 June.

Fone Logistics says that their dealers will also gain full revenue share protection with a connection bonus for the 5GB option, all with marketing support to unlock the revenues from within their existing customer bases.
