Frontier, the telephony and data network services provider, is launching a ‘Reseller in a Box’ service for voice or data VARs that want to add network services to their customer offering.
In operation this service provides resellers with access to lines and call billing for their customers with the minimum of input required from the reseller. ‘Reseller in a Box’ is fronted by the reseller, but all back-office service provision and technical expertise will be managed by Frontier.
The company says they offer a unique business proposition for voice and data resellers, offering them access to telephony and data network services at highly competitive rates and with service level agreements. Most importantly Frontier’s channel only policy means it does not compete with its own reseller partners, unlike other network service providers.
Services that Frontier can provide include: Wholesale Line Rental products, NGNs (porting agreements with most carriers), IP Voice , Voice conferencing, Video conferencing, Fax to email (white labelled if required), Internet Connectivity (via Broadband, Leased Lines and Ethernet), IP VPN and Ethernet, Hosted IP voice, Internet Security (managed firewalls).
