Frontier Voice & Data has struck a deal with Oak Telecom under which they will offer Oak’s AI Office SE range of call management software to channel partners that promote Cable & Wireless voice services via Frontier.
Commenting on the new partnership, Oak’s Joint CEO James Emm said “We look forward to developing our partnership with Frontier and assisting them in winning incremental business by offering AiOffice SE to the channel. AiOffice SE will be a real differentiator and enable Frontier’s channel partners to offer more than just cheaper minutes to clients.”

Oak will be assisting Frontier Voice and Data by running training workshops for channel partners; these will commence in January 2006.
