The Fused Group offers unified communications services, included connectivity, IP telephony and mobile applications, for over 175 UK channel partners under the Fused Networks, Webcalls and Mobility brands.
The investment will ensure the future viability of the Company and allow for an aggressive strategic and organic growth roadmap. The Fused Group Board received several offers from interested parties but unanimously opted for an investment deal with high net worth individuals. The new central Manchester offices will allow for the planned growth and development in all areas of the business, including demonstration facilities and new heads in all departments.
These developments come after an excellent trading year with a target-exceeding Group turnover of £4.5 million, the launch of several well received services – including Fused Webcalls Premium for VoIP calls on a mobile – and the revised Fused Mobility website.
