The partnership will enable Gradwell, which offers email, broadband, web hosting and telecommunications solutions to businesses throughout the UK, to add the trixbox system to its existing portfolio. Fonality’s open source telephony platform – trixbox CE – is already used by thousands of UK companies. Users will now be able to access the many benefits offered by the more feature-rich and market proven trixbox Pro solution, including complete phone mobility, anywhere management and automatic software updates. trixbox Pro has been commercially proven since 2004, with thousands of installations handling more than 120 million calls to date.
Coupled with trixbox Pro, Gradwell will also be offering Fonality’s HUD employee presence and communication management application, which allows users to access company-wide information such as call status and queue length and makes it easy to interact with colleagues via a single, simple interface.
