Griffin in the Fast Lane

Griffin Internet’s annual partner day got off to a thrilling start with a high-speed pro-kart endurance race at Sandown Park, Esher on 8th October 2007.

The rest of the day was taken up with a series of technical, sales and strategy workshops designed to help Griffin partners exploit a rash of recent product launches in the context of current market opportunities. The day culminated in the launch of Griffin’s Partner Development Scheme which includes lucrative incentives for Partners that grow their broadband base over the next 12 months.

Just before dinner, there was a lively panel debate involving Griffin’s Managing Director John Dawson, Technology Director Adrian Sunderland and Sales and Marketing Director, Andrew Dickinson.

Russell Whitlock of RW Comms commented: “The messages from Griffin were clear and concise and in particular I felt that the Sales Theatre was an innovative way of putting over what could otherwise have been quite a complicated proposition. I am looking forward to another great year with Griffin and winning one of those trips to Atlanta in 2008!”

Andrew Dickinson commented, “It was a great opportunity for us to test our new product ideas and discuss the issues Partners face and the new solutions they require. This essential feedback will go back to our development department to be integrated into future product releases. The new Partner Development Programme was met with great enthusiasm and recognition that it will add real value by rewarding sales people directly whilst supporting them with targeted training and coaching.”
